Disclosure for users of the www.impregilo.it site, on treatment of personal data pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (code governing protection of personal data). This is a free English translation of the original Italian text, that shall prevail over this English version. To the User: This page describes the procedures employed to manage the site with regard to treatment of the personal data of site users. This disclosure is provided only for the Impregilo S.p.A. site. It is not applicable to other websites the user may view via links. A.    Purpose of data treatment and nature of the supply of data Impregilo S.p.A. (hereinafter also “Company” or “Owner”) with registered office in Via dei Missaglia 97, Milan, Italy, informs users that, pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter also “Privacy Code”), which governs protection of individuals and other parties with respect to treatment of personal data, the personal data you provide spontaneously by accessing the address http://www.impregilo.it via communication networks will be treated exclusively for the purpose of assessing your possible employment by the Company. Without prejudice to your personal independence and without prejudice to the content of paragraph D below, the supply by you of your personal data for the purpose indicated in paragraph A is mandatory, given that failure to supply such data will prevent the Company, in part or in whole, from proceeding with your application. B.    Location and manner of data treatment Treatment in connection with the web services of this site takes place at the offices of Impregilo S.p.A. and is performed by the Company itself. Personal data is treated with automated tools for the length of time strictly required to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use or unauthorised access. C.    Area of communication of personal data Any personal data you voluntarily provide by compiling the “job centre” section of the Impregilo site may be forwarded in Italy and in EU and non-EU countries, exclusively for the purpose indicated in paragraph A of this disclosure, to the following parties: -   to subsidiary and associated companies of the Impregilo Group; -   to third parties engaged by Impregilo S.p.A. to perform the operations directly connected or instrumental to the execution of the services/information requested via the website www.impregilo.it; -   to the internal data processing managers and operators in the personnel office, and to the system administrators. D.    Browsing data During normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The information in question is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but could, by its nature, as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties, enable users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers employed by users to access the site, the addresses denoted in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) strings of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (completed, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical data on use of the site and verify the correct functioning of the site, and is cancelled immediately after processing. E.    Cookies No personal user data is acquired intentionally by the site. Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor is use made of any type of persistent cookie, that is, user tracking systems. Use of session cookies (cookies that are not permanently stored on the user computer and are erased when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmission of session IDs (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) needed to permit secure, efficient site browsing. The data treatment manager is the head of the HR, Personnel  Administration & Industrial Relations Management Department, who may be contacted at the company addresses indicated above, to whom reference may be made to exercise rights pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code, the full text of which is set out in the following paragraph. G.    Rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, which may or may not be registered, and its communication in an intelligible form. 2. Interested parties have the right to obtain information on: a) the source of the personal data;  b) the purpose and manner of treatment; c) the method applied in the event of treatment using electronic devices; d) the identity of the owner, the managers and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, par 2; e) the parties or the categories of parties to whom the personal data may be transmitted or who may learn of such data in their capacity as the designated local representative of the State, as managers or operators. 3. Interested parties have the right to obtain: a) updates, amendments or, if of interest, the completion of the data; b) the cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or the block of data treated in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently treated; c) an attestation that the operations as at heads a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of the parties to whom the data has been forwarded or circulated, except in cases where this is impossible or involves use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the right in question. 4. Interested parties have the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, treatment of their personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection of the data; b) treatment of their personal data for the purpose of transmission of advertising or direct sales materials or for the performance of market surveys or of commercial communication. Consent The undersigned declares, pursuant to article 23 and 43 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, that they have received the disclosure and that they give their consent, by ticking the corresponding box below, to treatment and communication of their personal data, to the categories of parties indicated in paragraph C “Area of communication of personal data”, and to the transfer of such data, for the same purposes and to the same parties indicated in paragraph C, in Italy and in EU and non-EU countries.
