Changing market requirements and increasingly severe restrictions on public funding have driven the development of new infrastructure planning models requiring enterprises with the necessary organisational, technological and financial capabilities to manage the entire infrastructure development process.

It uses financial structures on the project and export finance market, where it has stipulated finance contracts with leading international banks and multilateral development institutes (EIB, IADB, IFC, BNDES) and monoline insurance companies. Impregilo also has direct experience in raising finance for projects as a bond issuer on the world’s top financial markets.
